Igor Uliyanov has extensive knowledge and experience in compiling economic indices and using them to evaluate economic performance.
He was born in 1956 in Vilnius, Lithuania, and now lives in New York.
He participated in a number of international conferences on official statistics, including the United Nations Statistical Commission (29th, 36th to 40th, 48th sessions), was a vice-chair at the 40th session.
